Parent Notification:
If your child has medications in the clinic and you wish to keep those medications – a parent or guardian must pick up the medications by the end of school on Thursday, June 10. Otherwise, the medications will be destroyed.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 7TH GRADE:
STUDENTS MUST HAVE A Tdap BOOSTER TO START 7TH GRADE. YOU MAY GET IMMUNIZATIONS AT THE OKALOOSA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, YOUR LOCAL MILITARY BASE CLINIC, OR YOUR PRIVATE DOCTOR. IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED FOR SCHOOL ARE FREE AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. PLEASE BRING PROPER DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR STUDENTS Tdap BOOSTER TO THE NURSES OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS , PLEASE CALL THE SCHOOL NURSE'S OFFICE.
