Athlete/Parent Information
Before you can start practicing or competing you need the following:
1. Updated physical on file.
2. 2010-2011 School Year Parent Permission Form (notarized)
3. Copy of birth certificate on file in front office.
(All information and forms can be found in the front office at Lewis Middle School.)
At each practice, you will need:
1. Shorts and a T-shirt or tank top
2. Running shoes
3. Water Bottle(s) full of cool water

Thomas Howell (right) took 1st place at the County Meet with a time of 11:07 breaking the record for county meets held at Ruckel by 32 seconds. Nick Morken (left) finished 7th overall with a time of 12:05. Both boys also competed in the Destin Invitational . Thomas took 1st and Nick 10th overall, competing with students from both Okaloosa and Walton counties.
Thomas participated in the NWF Panhandle Cross Country meet held in Marianna ,Florida taking 1st place again. He was the overall winner running a time of 10:54.56.
